- Business information: name, trade, address, bank details (used for invoice configuration only)
- Your contact details: name, email address, phone number
- Your customers' contact details: names, phone numbers, email addresses (processed on your behalf)
- Usage data: how you interact with the owner app and dashboard
- Communications data: messages sent via the platform on your behalf
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the information collected to:
- Deliver the services you have signed up for
- Send invoices, payment reminders, and review requests on your behalf
- Respond to support enquiries
- Improve our platform and services
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Under UK GDPR, we process your data on the following bases:
- Contract performance: to deliver the services you have paid for
- Legitimate interests: to improve our services and prevent fraud
- Legal obligation: where required by law
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver our services:
- Resend — email delivery
- Telnyx — SMS delivery
- Supabase — secure database storage
- Anthropic — AI processing for bot responses
- Meta — Facebook and Instagram messaging
All providers are required to handle data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as you are a Settld customer and for 12 months after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes. You may request earlier deletion by emailing enquiries@settld.it.
6. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability

7. Security
All data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with TLS encryption in transit. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
8. Cookies
The Settld website uses only cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days notice.
