Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing settld.it or signing up for Settld's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services
Settld provides a done-for-you AI platform for UK trades businesses, including automated invoice chasing, lead qualification via social media, and review automation. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis following a one-off setup fee.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate UK business to use Settld's services. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to connect any accounts on behalf of your business.
4. Fees and Payment
- The monthly subscription fee is £79.00 per month unless otherwise agreed in writing
- A one-off setup fee is payable before onboarding begins
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice
- Services may be suspended after 14 days of non-payment
- All fees are non-refundable
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing enquiries@settld.it. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Settld's services to:
- Send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited messages to your customers
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the platform
7. Limitation of Liability
Settld's liability is limited to fees paid in the three months prior to any claim. Settld is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of business, or damages beyond its control.
8. Changes to These Terms
Settld may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
